Sally contacted AIB to ask if we could transform her downstairs cupboard into a period cloakroom in her beautiful Victorian cottage. As there was no water supply or waste we had to run hot and cold to the room plus carry out groundwork’s outside to connect new soil pipe through to the closest manhole cover. Once we got that bit out the way we could turn our attention to the fun bit, plastering the room, tiling the floor and installing the bespoke built furniture, fittings and stone work.
